  • A $500 Damage Deposit check (refundable) must be presented 30 days prior to your event

  • Pricing subject to change. Your contract rate and terms are based on the date the contract is written.

  • All Bar Packages are subject to 20% Service Fee and Applicable Taxes (7% Sales Tax & 2.5% Omaha Restaurant Tax).

  • Friday Evening

    Friday $4,750

    Friday $3,250 (Jan-Mar)

  • Elegant event space with decorated tables, modern white and beige chairs, ambient lighting, and a buffet setup, suitable for a wedding or celebration.

    Saturday Evening

    Saturday $5,995

    Saturday $4,500 (Jan-Mar)

  • Elegant reception hall decorated with round tables, floral centerpieces, soft lighting, and draped curtains for a wedding or special event.

    Sunday-Thursday Evening

    Sunday-Thursday, Starting at $3,400

  • Indoor yoga studio with yoga mats, water bottles, and bags on the floor. Decor includes soft lighting, draped fabric, and a large screen at the front with yoga logos.

    Monday-Thursday Daytime

    6-hour Rental, Starting at $3,000

    (exit before 5pm)

Memorial and Labor Day weekends are at the Saturday rate for events occurring on Friday and Sunday.

New Years Eve is available at a special price. Please inquire for more information.

the.diamond.room is closed Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving eve, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & day, and New Years Day to allow time with our families.
